For as long as she can remember, Faith has lived with anxiety. Diagnosed in kindergarten, what began as childhood anxiety evolved over the years into panic attacks, OCD, emetophobia, ADHD, and eventually ARFID — an eating disorder driven by intense fear and anxiety around getting sick.

By the time she was 17, everything intensified. Panic attacks became a near-daily battle. She relied on anti-anxiety medications almost every day just to function. Nausea medication became part of her routine. Her anxiety controlled what she ate, how she lived, and how safe she felt in her own body. Digestive struggles like constipation and acid reflux only compounded the cycle.

Now 21 and about to become a licensed interior designer, Faith is deeply creative. Coloring has always been her reset — the first thing she turns to when anxiety rises. It helps her regulate. It gives her peace. She’s even begun creating digital coloring pages to help others find calm the way she has.

But the biggest shift came when she began chiropractic care. Under nervous system-focused care, Faith has seen dramatic changes:

  • Panic medication use dropped from nearly daily to only once every few weeks.
  • Nausea medication went from almost daily to once a month or less.
  • Constipation and acid reflux improved significantly.
  • Her body feels calmer and more regulated.

She describes leaving her adjustments feeling “more free.” Not just symptom relief — FREEDOM.

What does she love most? The ability to ask questions, to understand what’s happening in her body, and to be part of a community that truly listens. For the first time in years, she feels like her body isn’t working against her.

“I love the community, coming in and asking all the questions, and how it makes me feel!! I always feel more free after I get adjusted.” – Faith
